But what we do is before we even touch our camera we walk the property together, then sit down, build the story, write the script, and plan every single shot. So that way, when its time to film, you're not trying to figure out what to say. You're focused on connecting with your audience while we handle the rest.

Yes. A clean and staged property helps create the best possible and efficient results. We recommend completing all cleaning, decluttering, landscaping, and staging before our arrival.
Thanks to our professional editing process, light cloud cover and overcast conditions typically do not affect the quality of your final images. We can enhance skies when needed to create a clean, polished look. Rescheduling is generally only necessary for conditions that impact safety or the ability to properly capture the property, such as heavy rain, storms, lightning, strong winds, snow, or poor visibility. For drone services, weather conditions must also meet safe flying requirements. Interior photography can usually continue as planned.
